CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER OR SERVICE
To cancel a recent order or project please contact us via phone at (405) 637-5779, or email info@workshopcreative.com at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

If your project is operating under a written contract or agreement, please refer to that document for any restrictions or requirements for changing or canceling a project, service request, or order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Domestic and International Wire Transfers. To arrange a wire transfer, please contact us by email at doden@workshopcreative.com

SALES TAX
Sales Tax is collected only on physical products that are being sold and is based on the sales tax of the delivery address.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

DELIVERY OF SERVICES
The bulk of our services are digital and will be delivered via a data sharing service provider such as Google Drive, DropBox or WeTransfer. We strive to deliver all projects by the due date as outlined in the project's brief or contract.

SHIPPING OF GOODS
In the event we are shipping goods as part of our services, we will do so as quickly and as possible. We will email you a shipping quote prior to arranging the shipment. Once it is approved by you, you will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.

Please note that shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.
